I can't sign in / I forgot my password
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen — a reset link goes to your account email. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
Where do I find my facility code?
It's printed inside the front cover of your planner, and your program's alumni coordinator has it too. The code connects you to your alumni Circle — without it the community stays locked.
My facility code isn't working
Codes are case-insensitive — check for mixed-up characters (0/O, 1/I). If it still won't take, email us with your program's name (never post the code publicly) and we'll verify it.
I lost my planner — can I get another?
Reach out to your program's alumni coordinator — their card is on the inside cover of the planner, or ask your facility directly. Your app history keeps your milestones in the meantime; nothing resets.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: You → Privacy & security → Delete account. Or email support@oneway.care from your account email and we'll do it. Deletion is permanent — see our privacy page for exactly what's removed.
How do I disconnect my wearable?
In the app: You → Connections — disconnect any time. That stops all new data immediately; email us if you also want the history removed.
Who can see my check-ins and journal?
Only you, unless you've chosen to share something with your care team in the consent settings. Circle posts are visible to your program's verified alumni only. The full picture is on the privacy page.
Something in the app looks broken
Email a screenshot and what you expected to happen to support@oneway.care. During the beta, the TestFlight app also has a built-in "Send Beta Feedback" option — screenshots sent there reach us with extra diagnostics.
